If your are wanting to grab a bite to eat at the track, there are concessions on both ends of the track and the well renowned Finishline Restaurant is located on the upper lever where a full menu from steaks to sandwiches and appetizers are available to order. The restaurant is open on race night one hour after the final checkered flag and 5-9pm on Thursday’s and Friday’s.
The Salina Highbanks Speedway is located directly on Highway 20 just west of the town of Salina. As always, parking is free and a track trolley is available to take fans from the parking lot to the main ticket window.
In an update to the medical situation that developed during the XR Dominator modified special, the individual that was life flighted from the premisses was Kenny Pike, a racer in his own right who was spectating in the grandstands, Pike passed away on March 30th due to complications. The speedway recently raised some funds to be donated and on behalf of the entire staff at the Salina Highbanks, we offer our sincere condolences to the Pike family.
