Salina Highbanks Speedway
Double Promotion @ the Salina Highbanks Autism Awareness & Kids Night this Saturday
Greetings race fans and racers!
Well folks, once more severe weather was again the catalyst of another program cancellation at the Salina Highbanks last weekend. However, not to be deterred, speedway officials have rebooked Autism Awareness Night (again) for this coming Saturday night. The original schedule had the May 2nd date set for a Kids Night promotion and the decision has been made to keep that program in play so the facility will have BOTH promotions running at the same time! All youngsters 12 & under will be admitted FREE of charge and one adult attending with a person with Autism will be admitted free as well. Only $10 for everyone else with the exception our military guests will be just 5 bucks! (Excluding pit passes)
The racing program will feature the O’Reilly / NASCAR regional racing series. The racers are more than ready to get down to business as they have been rained out for three of the four scheduled events to begin the 2026 racing season. The classes set to blast off include:
Serve Pro of Mayes and Wagoner Counties B-mods, Ameri-Flex Hose factory stocks, S&J Plumbing pure stocks along with Colvin Aircraft front and rear wheel drive trophy cars. Each of these classes will be vying for track and national NASCAR points
PLUS……..
Austin John Construction, LLC and the 11S Autism Awareness Racing Team is adding money to ALL class purses for this weekends Autism Awareness Night. The additional payout for every class Saturday night is as follows:
1st Place: $250
2nd Place: $150
3rd Place : $100

May 9: O’Reilly / NASCAR regional racing series weekly action
May 16: Allen Frailey Memorial with regular classes
May 23: Joe Duvall's Funkadelic Dirt Track & Honky Tonk Extravaganza USRA modified special
May 30: Water Safety Night with regular classes
As always, come visit the Finishline Restaurant on the upper level of the concourse for some quality meals from 5pm to one hour after the races. If you have not tried it yet, you must come up and check it out!

Grandstands -
General admission: $10*
Military guests: $5
Kids 12 & under: FREE
- One adult admitted FREE with an individual with Autism
Pit Area -
Adult pit passes: $30
Child pit pass: $20
