ARMI Duels to serve as prelude to Inaugural B-Mod Bedlam
Just ahead of one of the highest-paying, single day B-Mod shows in the country, drivers will have the opportunity to test their machines and get laps on Salina Highbanks Speedway in the ARMI B-Mod Duels. Friday, March 30th the B-Mod Duels will take place on the Highbanks awarding two different drivers a $500 winner’s paycheck. The format will include heat races and two A-Mains (no B-Mains) with the top 40 drivers in passing points from the heat races competing in one of the two “Duels.” Drivers who do not make the top 40 will receive $30 tow money as long as they take the green flag in their heat race.
This unique format will allow drivers to put in some laps and earn purse money without wearing down their equipment ahead of the $5,000 to win, $400 to start Inaugural B-Mod Bedlam event on Saturday, March 31st. The only effect the “Duels” will have on the Saturday show is that each winner will receive a provisional provided they do not qualify into the A-Main. Support class action on Friday will include the Pure Stocks and Super Stocks in their first NASCAR Whelen All-American Series points race of the 2018 season.
Fans will enjoy all of Friday’s action for an affordable price as Adult and Senior General Admission will only be $10, while kids (6-12) will get in for just $5 and kids under the age of 5 will be free. Additionally, pit passes on Friday are just $30. The tentative start time will be 7:30pm with grand stand gates opening at 5pm and pit gates swinging open at 3pm.
